Food insecurity is a preventable, but common barrier former foster youth face in college. If you are a student low on funds and in need of fresh and healthy food, check out the resources below.

OSU students with a valid BuckID can utilize Buckeye Food Alliance's pantry.  The pantry is located at 1800 Cannon Drive, Columbus, OH, 43210. Current hours are listed below.

Monday 10 AM - 2 PM
Tuesday 4 PM - 8 PM

Wednesday 4 PM - 8 PM
Thursday 10 AM - 2 PM
Friday 11 AM - 3 PM

The Mid-Ohio Market at Columbus State is a resource for students and community members. The market located at 400 Grove Street Columbus, Ohio 43215

provides free and fresh, shelf-stable food on a regular basis. Current hours are listed below.

Monday & Thursday: 11 AM – 4 PM

Wednesday: 4 PM – 8 PM

The All People's Fresh Market offers delicious, fresh produce to members, free of charge. You can become a member of the market by visiting them at 945 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43206 during open hours and bringing a form of ID. Current hours are listed below. 

Tuesday – Friday 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
